Terms of Service & SaaS Agreement
Governing portal usage for coaching institutes, educators, schools, and candidate exam attempts.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering an institutional account, or using the GET EXAM software-as-a-service platform ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent a coaching institute, competitive academy, or school, you represent that you hold full legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Institutional Custom Portals
Each registered institute is granted a private, branded portal slug (e.g. getexam.live/i/your-name). The institute retains exclusive control over its student batch allocations, exam schedule releases, and result dissemination. The institute is solely responsible for maintaining administrator credential security.
3. Student Test Credit Architecture & Pricing₹1 / ATTEMPT
GET EXAM operates on a transparent, pay-as-you-go credit architecture engineered to keep exam digitization accessible for all Indian coaching centers:
1 Credit = 1 Exam
Each credit authorizes 1 student to start and submit 1 full mock/regular examination.
Lifetime Validity
Purchased test credits never expire. Use them this month, next term, or across consecutive academic years.
No Hidden Fee
Zero server maintenance surcharge, zero hidden student hosting fees, zero lock-ins.
4. AI Vision Guard™ Proctoring Rules
To protect the credibility of rank lists and mock tests, GET EXAM provides AI Vision Guard™ features including tab-switch deterrence, full-screen lock enforcement, web-camera snapshots, and anomaly logging. Institutes enabling proctoring must inform participating students beforehand.
5. Question Bank & Content Ownership
You own 100% of your content. GET EXAM claims zero copyright or licensing rights over the question papers, test keys, PDFs, and study materials uploaded by coaching institutes. We act purely as an encrypted SaaS conduit.
6. Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension
Users agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the GET EXAM examination engine; (b) distribute defamatory, infringing, or illegal examination content; (c) attempt automated DDoS attacks or script automated bypasses of the proctoring engine; (d) misrepresent affiliation with official government examination boards (e.g. NTA, UPSC, SSC, CBSE) beyond conducting lawful mock practice assessments.
Privacy Policy & Data Protection
Strict compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
Zero Data Commercialization Guarantee
We never sell, rent, broker, trade, or monetize student mobile numbers, email rosters, test performances, or institutional question papers to third-party telemarketers, coaching aggregators, or advertising brokers. Your candidate data belongs exclusively to your institute.
1. Data Collected
- Institutes: Name, director email, mobile, coaching branding details.
- Students: Candidate name, roll number, test score log, attempt timings.
- Partners: Name, phone, UPI/bank account for weekly commission settlements.
2. Storage & Encryption
All databases and transaction ledgers are safeguarded via modern cloud encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is strictly sandboxed by institute ID, ensuring coaching centers cannot view competing institutes' private assessments.
3. Right to Erasure
In compliance with DPDP Act 2023, institute directors or students can request complete erasure of student records, exam scores, or webcam audit snapshots upon academic session completion. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Refund, Cancellation & Payment Terms
Clear, fair, and compliant digital goods transactional guidelines.
Digital Goods & Credit Non-Refundability
In accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and statutory norms for instantly provisioned digital items: Once student test credits (₹1/student) are credited to your institute account, the transaction is deemed delivered and non-refundable. Credits never expire and remain valid for future exams at any time.
Failed or Deducted UPI / Card Payments
If money is deducted from your UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm) or bank account but credits are not immediately visible due to bank server delays, our automated reconciliation webhook verifies the payment and adds credits within 15 minutes to 24 hours. If permanently failed, the bank auto-refunds within 3 to 7 business days.
Subscription / Portal Validity
Institutes maintaining recurring validity packages can cancel renewal at any time through their admin settings without penalties or cancellation fees. Previous active billing intervals remain accessible until the end of the paid term.
Regional Growth Partner Charter
Rules governing authorized partner onboarding, 40% commission, and payout ethics.
Commission on Exam Attempts
Authorized partners receive a flat 40% revenue share whenever students in their referred coaching centers conduct and attempt exams. Commission is strictly calculated on actual test attempts conducted and mapped transparently in the partner CRM.
Weekly Direct Bank Settlements
Partner earnings are settled weekly via NEFT or verified UPI. Partners must supply valid PAN and banking details to comply with Indian tax regulations (TDS where applicable).
Partner Code of Ethics
Partners agree to: (a) represent GET EXAM features truthfully using official presentation materials; (b) never charge unauthorized extra cash deposits from institutes; (c) maintain confidentiality of onboarded coaching institutes; and (d) comply with fair regional territory allocation.
